The best we can hold for is slowing of progression or stopping progression. I guess you have no idea that niacin is not recommended at all anymore based on very good randomized trials. Your article might be better pointed to a younger audience that hasn't piled on layers of plaque over years of living. If you had ever touched and handled a piece of plaque from a carotid, while waiting for the surgeon to complete sewing the graft, you would know that the regimen you write extensively about is balderdash. The layers of cells, fibrin and calcium laminated on each other are not going to be “dissolved” in the years left of that person's lifetime. The supplements you advocate have beneficial uses individually but to clap all of them together as a “safe” alternative to surgery or stent placement is malpractice on the order of snake oil. And note that I do take some of them on your list.

I cannot get in the MRI for a re-check claustrophobic! Stanford said the injury to my neck was old that it was forming a natural bypass.
What should I do I am besides myself I tried lorazepam for the MRI and there is no way with a mask holding my head down! What should I do?
What can I do, I need to start walking again and I was eating sardines everyday unfortunately it is a chore at 63 with body pain and a spinal cord stimulator implant.
I mean it is in my neck what can be done my blood pressure is up and I had to stop Benazepril because when i would take it my shoulders would hurt like before the stroke! I have been chocking and my heart rate is low 38bpm at sleep 50 day time. I have no trust in doctors especially after having the same pills thrown at me at 45 probably all due to this plugged artery.

I’ve also seen that boron, nattokinase and vitamin K2 help with this as it moves the calcium out of the arteries
