Should SOD and GSH be taken away from eachother? I have read conflicting journals. There are many that say combining the two is appropriate however I did find an article saying taking both together was toxic to normoxic cells? I’m confused on how best to utilitize these 2 antioxidants.
How exactly an enzyme taken orally can reach intracellular space without being digested?
SOD as a supplement should not be able to even get into bloodstream, otherwise enzymes form bacteria and food would flood us, which is not happening. Enzymes are broken down into amino acids.
